Jerry Zigrang was inducted into the THPA Hall of Fame in 1998 becoming the 25th Member to be inducted.

.Jerry was one of the founding members of the Greater Houston Horseshoe Pitchers Association in 1980 where he held the positions of Secretary, Treasurer, Tournament Director, and President for many years. He and his wife, Delores, were very active in pitching horseshoes all over the State of Texas and were proud ambassadors of the game.
